Shipping policy

After your order has been placed, please allow 3-5 business days to process and ship out. You will receive an email confirmation that contains your tracking number.  If your order has been shipped and you're experiencing a delay in receiving, please contact USPS for further information.  We can not guarantee that your package will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of USPS.  It is the responsibility of USPS to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery destination. *Delivery is available for New Orleans/St.Bernard Parish/Westbank/Metairie & Kenner customers.

*We do not deliver past Westwego, LA for our Westbank customers.

*St.Bernard Parish delivery fee is $15.00.

*New Orleans delivery fee is $25.00.

*Westbank/Metairie/Kenner delivery is is $35.00.

*Delivery is typically the following day after the order has been placed.  Same day delivery is $50.

*Pickup is also available. Pickup is typically the following day after the order has been placed.  Pickup will be located in Chalmette,LA unless a representative states otherwise.  Please note: If you're not local and select pickup, your order will be canceled. 

*Customers have 7 days from their order date to pick up orders.  If orders aren't picked up within this timeframe, the customer will forfeit their order and cost of the order.

*For Holidays, an additional convenience fee of $20-$30 will be added to pickup and delivery fees. These fees must be paid prior to pick-up or delivery.
